Orders once placed and processed for government document submission cannot be cancelled once underway.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in cases where a transaction failed or duplicate payment occurred due to technical errors.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 working days.
